What is your return policy?

Digital purchases cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. All sales are final on digital games, downloadable purchases and other digital items. No refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges will be offered for these items.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases. Videos, photos or detailed descriptions are provided to give an accurate representation of each product. Please review this information carefully before making a purchase.

How do I access my Digital Purchases?

• Downloadable files will be available once your payment has completed. You can access all of your purchases from your purchase history page. Click the name of the file to download it.

• Family Worship Kits can be a combination of multiple downloadable files, and other interactive elements. You can access all the portions of your kit from your purchase history page. Click the name of the file to download it. Click the title of a kit to access its interactive parts.

• Digital Games & Puzzles are not downloadable. These are activities that are played directly on our website via a computer or mobile device. Games are not multiplayer games that you play online with other people. You can access all of your purchased games from your purchase history page. Click the name of the game to launch and play it.

Missing Emails

On occasion, some friends have difficulty locating their emailed receipt. If you cannot locate your order email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folders before emailing us for assistance as this will be the first step that we suggest.

On occasion, some friends enter their email address incorrectly or with a typo which renders their order receipt undeliverable. Please double check that your email is accurate before completing your order.

Will your Digital games work with my device?

All games are been tested on mobile & PC, on both iOS and Android devices. Games work best in the Google Chrome Browser. Please make sure that your device is updated to the latest version and that you have the latest versions of the mentioned programs.

We are not responsible for system compatibility issues, computer or device issues & cannot offer support for individual issues relating to your personal device.

How can I use Games/Printables/Kits I’ve purchased?

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-sub-licensable license to access and use these Products for your personal use only. Such license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

• any resale or commercial use of the Products or the Materials therein;
• the distribution, public performance or public display of any Materials;
• modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Products or the Materials, or any portion thereof;
• downloading (other than the page caching) of any portion of the Products, the Materials or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Products; or
• any use of the Products or the Materials other than for their intended purposes.

Any use of the Products or the Materials other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of Bigger Hearts (JW Printables), is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein.

Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws, including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.
