How do I download my purchases?

Downloadable files will be available once your payment has completed. You can access all of your purchases from your purchase history page. Click the name of the file to download it.

How do I access virtual purchases?

Virtual purchases may consist of various downloadable files and interactive components. Your purchase history page provides access to all segments of your purchase. Click the file name to download, or click on a virtual activity title to explore its interactive features.

Some virtual purchases include games and puzzles. These are not downloadable; rather, they’re activities meant to be played directly on our website using a computer or mobile device. Please note that these are not multiplayer games.

I didn’t get my order email!

On occasion, some friends have difficulty locating their emailed receipt. If you cannot locate your order email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folders before emailing us for assistance as this will be the first step that we suggest.

On occasion, some friends enter their email address incorrectly or with a typo which renders their order receipt undeliverable. Please double check that your email is accurate before completing your order.

If you haven’t received an order email receipt, you can access your order receipt directly on this website through your account details. Additionally, you can download digital purchases directly from this site.

Will your virtual activities work with my device?

Our virtual games and activities undergo testing on mobile and PC, including iOS and Android devices. For optimal performance, we recommend using the Google Chrome Browser. Ensure your device and programs are updated to the latest versions for the best experience.

Please note, we can’t be held responsible for system compatibility issues or individual device problems. Regrettably, we’re unable to provide support for personal device-related issues.

How can I use the Digital and Virtual Items I’ve purchased?

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-sub-licensable license to access and use these Products for your personal use only. Such license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

  • any resale or commercial use of the Products or the Materials therein;
  • the distribution, public performance or public display of any Materials;
  • modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Products or the Materials, or any portion thereof;
  • downloading (other than the page caching) of any portion of the Products, the Materials or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Products; or
  • any use of the Products or the Materials other than for their intended purposes.

Any use of the Products or the Materials other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of Bigger Hearts (JW Printables), is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein.

Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws, including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.

Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. Bigger Hearts (JW Printables) may revoke this license at any time.
