Exchanges and/or refunds may be granted within one week (7 days) of receipt of merchandise. Please email hello@jwprintables.com and, if applicable, include photographs of the damaged goods. We are not responsible for damage caused by USPS or any other Delivery provider. In most cases, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement for a damaged product, but we may ask you to return the item at your shipping cost.

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase and would simply like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not including shipping, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility. First class mail is inexpensive and completely acceptable. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items that are in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment once we have approved, received, and inspected the return(s).

The sale of all digital & downloadable items is final once they are downloaded. This is because digital items cannot be returned or mailed back to us the way that physical items can. Once downloaded, it’s yours forever.

If you have NOT downloaded the file, we may be able to issue you a refund if it is requested 7 days from the date of purchase. Files that have been downloaded in part or in whole may not be refunded.
